Alessandro Nannini was one of Formula One’s lost talents. Just before the end of the 1990 season he was involved in a helicopter accident which left him with only partial use of his right hand and stopped him racing single-seaters. Prior to that, Nannini had taken 3 podiums in 1990 and these are a set of race used overalls from his final race at Jerez. Nannini started 9th but climbed his way up to 3rd behind the Ferraris of Prost and Mansell.
