This steering wheel came from BRM P261/4. This chassis was the car that Graham Hill won the 1964 Monaco Grand Prix in.

Whilst this is the only Grand Prix this car won, it was also driven by the likes of Ginther, Stewart, Rodriguez, Attwood, Spence & Courage. Full history can be seen here.
